Chicken and chorizo tomato risotto 😍 I absolutely loveeeee risotto, I used to think it would be tricky to cook and find it effort to be ladling in a bit at a time until I realised that it tastes no different whatsoever if you just pour all the liquid in at once!! Or at least in my experience!? Then just give it a quick stir every 2-3 minutes 👌🏼 This dish is kinda paella vibes and soooo so yum! It does taste best fresh but still pretty daaaamn good just adding a bit of water and reheating unti
